ABBA MINSTRY
ABBA is a local ministry in support of women with unplanned pregnancies. They are located in Palmyra, New Jersey and you can reach them directly at 856-829-7630. ABBA offers an alternative to abortion by providing women with the emotional support they need in their time of crisis, as well as such services as:
- Telephone counseling through ABBA’s 24-hour hotline:
1-800-548-LIFE
- Medical referrals and maternal care
- Information about foster care and adoption
- Donations of furniture, clothing, diapers, and supplies
- Pregnancy Center and Christian Academy
- Sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ
ABBA’s counselors lovingly speak the TRUTH about the unborn child each woman carries. Counselors advise them, and pray for and with them. Over the years, a number of young women have been led to give their lives to Jesus Christ through this ministry.

How can you help ABBA?
1. Support the Certificate Exchange Program
Through an agreement with local supermarkets, ABBA purchases grocery gift certificates which we make available to you. The program is called Certificate Exchange because you simply exchange your cash or check for an equivalent amount of grocery gift certificates. These certificates may be redeemed just like cash at participating supermarket chains such as Acme, Shoprite, and Pathmark.
As part of the agreement, ABBA is able to purchase these certificates at a five percent discount. This means that each time you use the certificates you are getting a dollar-for-dollar value on your groceries, while the supermarket contributes 5% of your purchase amount to ABBA. ABBA then uses the money to support its work.
Certificates may be purchased each Sunday BEFORE the 10:30 service in the foyer nearest the gym. Cash is always accepted, but you may also write a personal check. Please make checks payable to “Certificate Exchange” or “CE.”
2. Become a Certificate Exchange Coordinator
Volunteers are needed to sell grocery gift certificates before Sunday service. We also need a few individuals who are available to pick up certificates in the the Palmyra office, usually open on Tuesday evenings, Thursday afternoons and Saturday mornings. |

| MENS MINSTRY
The Men's Ministry of Christ's Bible Church is focused on helping men grow in their God-given roles and to encourage and exhort one another toward maturity in Christ.
Our desire is to provide men with the opportunity to grow in their walk with the Lord Jesus Christ by applying biblical principles to the issues that are important in the lives of men. We do this by offering teaching,
fellowship, and other activities that will draw men closer to God and closer to each other.
Our objective as a Men's Ministry is to help men mature spiritually by grounding them in God's Word, by providing opportunities to build relationships with other men, and by offering ways in which they may
serve the Lord. In this way they can be examples of His love to their family, friends, co-workers and to the community.
Part of the big picture of the Men’s ministry is our commitment in honoring Jesus Christ, relationships with other men, committed to purity, committed to building marriages/families, committed to leaders, tearing down walls that divide us, and being committed to the great commandment as well as the great commission.
Over the years we have participated and attended a number of annual events in various cities and states, encouraging men and young men from all walks of life to join with us at CBC. We started with a hand full of men who ballooned in upwards of 80 participants, from grandfathers, dads, men, young men and children. This has promoted a unique bonding and accountability in the lives of those who seek a greater walk and relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in obedience to the word of God.
